Logan Services, Inc., A/C and Heat review: Junk

Around 2004 I decided to replace my heatpump with a new one and unfortunately I chose Logan Services and a Trane system. Hard to stop a Trane...My butt. When I finally had the last straw I was going on my THIRD compressor on a brand new unit. The first compressor went out in the first year and instead of replacing the whole outside unit they decided to inconvenience me and put in just a compressor, which took over 4 hours on a scorching hot day. I never new from one year to the next if it would function or not. I had a technician tell me "It just can't keep up" and believe it or not put a sprinkler on the outside unit to cool it down. Can you #@!?'n believe it. I feel sorry for any elderly person who uses their service or their product. I finally ended up eating the cost of the Trane unit ($6000) and replacing it with a Bryant system that works perfectly! I would not recommend Trane or Logan services to anyone...ever!
