Live My Place Properties SL review: Recent booking ref [protected] 29th March - 3rd April 2023

I recently booked an apartment I was lead to believe was in Las Galletas. It turned out to be in another village near by that was an absolute dump. Not in Las Galletas at all. when we booked; the address was shown as”Calle Santa de la Palma las galletas”as shown in the pic.
This street does not exist and we were promised the full address as “Calle Santa Cruz de la Palma Fraille”the day before the booking.
This can be seen on n the second pic where the real address was revealed. We were deliberately mislead by the false address and I want some sort of compensation for this as we feel defrauded out of a decent holiday
We were given the real address on the last minute when it was too late to research and look into the area.
I have complained about this but we have not been given any solution
