This company has terrible customer service and does not live up to what they say. I have been trying to receive a replacement on a curling iron that turned out to be defective, that I bought at the SawGrass Mills Mall on May 8th 2012 . I live in Canada and was told that I have a lifetime warranty that I can use even if I am a resident of Canada. I sent the product, warranty and copy of receipt at my own expense after realizing that the curling iron is not working upon my return to Canada, I NEVER even used it once! only to be told that the Warranty is only for the States and that there is nothing they can do. UNBELIEVABLE! I have all intentions to use my legal rights as a consumer and to use all platforms available to me here in Canada and in Florida to let people know what a SCAM of a company this LIV HAIR and its parent company Brilliance New York (BNY) organization really is!

Yes, The entire company is a consumer fraud specialist. I purchased the 1" diamond flat iron, turned it on once, and within 6 seconds it smoked and died. $140 for a piece of trash.
