LINDA DUGGAN (FORNEY , TX) review: FALSE COUNSELOR 9

Okay, all of these people are stating that Linda Miller (Duggan) is a horrible person but this is so not true. These people that are complaining are clearly just not getting what they want. Linda Miller is compassionate and always takes the right side and does what's in the child's best interest. She has outstanding morals, an amazing background and knows her stuff. Ms. Miller is extremely well educated and has built her practice from the ground up. Ms. Miller changed her name from Duggan to Miller simply from a divorce, so how is that a coincidence?

Just a FYI, she has changed her name to Linda Miller, supposedly she did this because she is now divorced and she wanted to go back to her madam name, I heard she made a very big deal out of no longer being Duggan (although she was apparently Duggan longer than she was Miller). After reading ALL of the negative reports about her and finding that she was on disciplinary action it makes me wonder if she did this thinking all of the would go away. I've looked into it and she changed her name back to Miller about the time all of this was going on. Coincidence? I think not!

Her license is on disciplinary surrender due to not report child abuse and representing herself as licensed when she is not. The woman claims she is retired and is still seeing patients. This is a travesty.

I agree. She testified in court this last week, August 16, 2011. She stated things that were not true. She had frozen me out of having any input or being included in my son's "play therapy" from the beginning in 2009. She wanted me to do a Rule 11 agreement because she had been lied to initially. When I refused, she decided I was not worthy to be involved in my son's sessions or be included in anything. She is now "retired" and she is on probation for a DWI. She testified that my son was scared to come and live with me. My mother was the primary conservator and she passed away and now Linda (who is retired) is in cahouts with my sister to keep my son from living with me. This is wrong and I will continue to fight. I honestly don't see how I can get a fair ruling in this county. I am the biological mother and it doesn't seem to matter to this county.

True - Linda is appointed by the Kaufman County Court system to counsel with children and families for CPS issues and if you are not quilty of the accusations filed against you, Linda will be your saviour! I know from first hand experience. Linda was not paid a penny by me, and I followed all the rules and plans of the system and she stood up in Court and took my side and got my kids back for me. No one else in the Kaufman County system gave a damn about me and my kids except Linda Duggan and her staff.

Linda Duggan is clearly a fraud. All these people can't be wrong. Duggan has a very bad reputation and that's not by accident.
"LGF" is obviously Linda Duggan, seeking to cover over some of the things she has done to destroy lives.

You people obviously aren't getting custody of your children and are taking it out on Linda! I know Linda personally as I have worked in her office in Forney and I know 100% that she is not falsifying anthing at all nor is she taking bribes from anyone...

Linda Duggan is a person who has no morals. This woman is literally a wicked witch, divisive, cunning, and ruthless. Beware.

I totally agree with this complaint and it appears a lot of people do. You see, we live in Kaufman County not far from where Linda Duggan is and have been privy to much information about her dealings. Linda Duggan is engaged in fabricating information, perjuring herself in court, taking bribes, and probably much more. The stories we have been told and the people she has hurt are too many to count.
