Disgruntled,manager here Anon , i currently manage a courier company responsible for delivering all of MR Price Home goods in Port Elizabeth and Eastern Cape region. For 7 years i have been delivering all ur items to 100's of clients successfully earning a mere R1000 weekly wage. Which was increased to R1500 as of 1 Jan this year. My employers have decided to blissfully ignore paying my wages for driving and supervising the past week, yet i still oversee the schedules dates, aswell as do the weekly spreadsheets regarding the consignments, have been doing it for 7 years.
I feel Mr Pr Price Home should be made aware of the calibre of contractors they doing business with, that blatantly ignore their employees rights and withholding wages randomly.
Other clients such a TFG @Home Living Lifestyle & Homechoice or 2 more clients we regularly do deliveries for as well.
As a manager that has succesfully delivered your proucts to all your customers happily and at the best of my ability, i wish that you would consider looking into this matter as it may well just be another statistic in this domain that goes unnoticed.
