Lighting Design Experts review: Do not use them 1

Before purchasing a pendant light from " lighting design experts " we inquired about whether the product had a diffuser or not. We were told, in writing, that it did. Lo and behold, it does not. LDE refuses to reimburse us any shipping costs associated with returning this item, even though it was THEIR mistake. Experts, they are not, and helpful to theirs customers, they are certainly not. They were completely unhelpful at every stage and have BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES. DO NOT USE.
