I ordered what I thought was a one-time order 1/29 of 49.68 the same day I was also charged 119.49 & also received detox gummies I did not select or order. All I wanted was the apple cider gummies one time 49.68. I just realized I was also charged another 119.49 again 3/3. I did not select or agree to reoccurring charges from this company. This is bad business/scamming consumers & from reading others reviews/complaints on BBB this is a trend.
I want this canceled ASAP & also a refund for the 119.49 from 1/29 & 119.49 from 3/3 that I did not authorize.
Desired outcome: Cancel asap no more charges from this company & so it doesn’t happen to other
Placed 1 time order. Charged 198.78. Then charged for another order 1 month later and nulled for 197.78. After numerous calls and emails a refund was promised for half my payment on March 4th. To day, no refund
Same complaint. Suppose to be 1 time order. My account was billed 198.68 a second time. I called and was told they would cancel order and refund 1/2 my money on March 4th. Still no refund after numerous emails and calls. This place does not tell you the truth.
