Lifestyle Luxury Vacation Club – Cancel my contract ASAP and return my money!!!

Luxury Lifestyle vacation club scammed me by selling me a 1 bedroom at the Goldwynn in Bahamas. They told me I can list it as a rental property and make twice as much money and told me it would be 1 set service fee and includes transport and cleaning of the room, but once the contract was signed, none of this was true! Charlene in customer service tells me about a thousand dollars more in fees for 4 nights. It would be more with the longer stay and the additional fees cannot be paid prior to arrival. Also, I was told by sales that there was a $60 a day per person per day for the all-inclusive fee at the resort located in DR and once again, that changed to close to $200 per day per person when I tried to book a stay. Also, I was told I would become a VIP member with INTraveL and RCI that would give me access to 300,000 locations all around the world for at discounted price. This is false! There is a membership fee and I never had a RCI account set up for me as they promised, but I am sure that would be an additional cost like INtravel was.

I addressed my concerns to Charlene in customer service and I was told after her meetings she can see if she can help me, but nothing never gets resolved and she will not let me speak to someone else. I am forced to deal with her and only her. Not to mention she has been rude on several different occasions to me. I also was told that the information the sales dept mentioned is no longer valid. I am scared to call her because she becomes rude like I am bothering her. I am so frustrated! How is this legal? I am needing some direction with this! PLEASE
