Life Change review: I was scammed by an organization called "Life Change" that handles governmental grant for the disabled

I was approached by an agent claiming he was in charge of a grant through IHHS and just wanted disabled people an good life. His name is William Mack and offered to give me $10, 000 for an down payment on a house, it sounded good but he never disclosed that I had to pay for handling of the funs which was $3,000.00. So I did thinking I was going to be able to have funds from him the next day. I sent to his account $3,000 through an bank wire directly into his account, which, is an Bank of America account #[protected] with routing #[protected] and no grant money showed up. When I contacted him about the funds never showing up he told me that the Fed-ex men got into an accident and now I would have to pay firemen an additional $4,000.00 if I wanted the grant, which to this day I have not paid as he is a scam artist. I have not received a dime and he will not refund my money as I did ask for a refund and he told my money was not refundable. All I want is the money that I sent as I am low income. I asked him to share with me any information he has on the grant and his reply was as follows: This is a scam and I do not want anyone else to fall a prey from Life change organization.
