Liebherr Appliances India review: Refrigerator

Dear Team,
I have raised a refrigerator complaint to Liebherr customer agent on 19/06/2021 & I have received a service team call on 20/06/2021 & told me the technician will be visited at your place on Monday 21/06/2021. Still it has not happened.
I am taking continuous calls & follow-up with the Liebherr Customer Service Hotlines India team from 22/06/2021 everyday.
But I did not get a satisfactory answer.
Now the customer service agent has logged a new complaint on 24/06/2021 as the old is canceled due to I have not responded. Please check your call record. I have called you 6-8 times & I haven't received any call on both of which (Given during complaint registration.)
Such the worst service provided by Liebherr in the city like Mumbai.
So how will it be in the rest of India?
Very Disappointing.
Very worst & poor service
No response from customer service
So irresponsible service.
