Liberty Group review: Stash

I've have an account with liberty through stash where I've been saving money I registered with my number [protected] not when I want to do a withdrawal they tell me that I need to confirm the number I used because the one I have doesn't match the one they have on the system and if I don't confirm that number they can't help me. meaning I'm going to lose my money which is not going to work for work because I even gave them my ID copy as requested.
