This agency advertised a 2"diagonal, traditional, pocket watch (3 of them). They sent me 3 watches which were 1" diameter.
When I requested a refund, by email, this agency requested that I send them photos of the original ad and what I received.
This was deliberate deception.
You need not call, there will be no answer.
Desired outcome: Refund, on Paypal, $22.95.
I have a question it said that the package that I got with the flag in the coin that I was going to be getting some assistant program support?

I did a poll to receive a 2nd amendment coin for free of course I have to pay shipping and I'm fine with that. The problem I have is a pop-up came up about a free Trump 2024 flag and adding it to my order. All of a sudden I'm charged another 49 dollars for something that was supposed to be free. So am I getting something else along with the flag? I hope so. I also will never hit another ad on Facebook. This company has no website. Did not know that. Supposed to be owned and operated by veterans. I do believe I have been scammed. If this is the case. Then it is a shame that Veterans would do this to people.
I found this by searching for answers for the very issues you said, flag for free, nope. The only way I could get out of it was to hit the go back when Paypal showed me the charge you got too, they said not to do that or you might get charged twice. I think this is a terrible way to scam us, taking advantage of our patriots. I went to my Paypal and was only charged shipping for the watch, that I probably won't get!

They had a 'web page malfunction' and I was charged $50 for a $7.00 nylon flag.
Sent it back and they say they never got it.
Not a reputable company and sell china junk falsely claiming it is American people and products.
This is a scam company. Had an order for watches which I received but the also sent a flag and charged me $49. They said the order was canceled and I received email but I was charged and they will not refund.Joseph skiles
I ordered a pocket watch from this web site and got the watch.
My only problem is the watch came in a clear plastic bag with made in CHINA in big letters on it.
I thought the money for the item would go to a AMERICAN company.
They don't tell you in the add where the watch comes from.
Now I doubt that it is really GOLD plated.

The money does go to an American company, we procure items from different regions based on availability of stocks. You can reach out to customer support and they can assist you.
I never ordered anything from the store named Liberty American Patriots Store.
Some how this company has gotten into my PayPal account, charging payment on ideas I never received.
I realized my card was not decreasing each time I paid a bill, so I checked my account.
The transaction ID: 3NR4128409230334.
This is all the information I have on whatever this produce is.
I have alerted PayPal for fraudulent transaction on this issue.
