I purchased solar panels from LGCY being promised that the system would produce between 102% and 104% of my energy needs. The salesman said I would be “swapping my electric bills for payments on the solar system”. Now that the system is installed, it is only producing 75% of my energy needs. My energy costs have gone from an avg. $234/month to $360/month.
LGCY is telling me that my system is producing what it was designed for and that I would need approximately 8 more panels (at my expense) to produce 100% of my needs.
Desired outcome: I need the system that I purchased to do what was promised. Besides adding panels, another solution could be a reduction in the cost of the system to match the amount I’m paying the power company.
