Rahul Dev (full name Rahul Laxman Dev) is the biggest fraud with a sweet and humble voice... Now I know how a victim of online scam feels like even though I am well-educated and aware). He has cheated more than 50 people I found through instagram and facebook. He is using sponsored ads under different names like
1) Levine Developers Pvt Ltd,
2) Levine interiors,
3) Levine developers OPC,
3) Cc services and
4) recently started holiday packages under name Grobten holiday.
I found out he lives in Mumbai but has 'shops with materials' in Pune, Nashik, Bangalore and other cities too. His way of stealing money is by convincing that you have to pay 50% of package before you start. Then he takes your money and blocks you. Also, he removes negative comments from his victims on all his posts. Please avoid Rahul Dev and Levine Developers if you value your money, time, energy, and peace of mind.
(note: total amount cheated through victims I know - Rs 26 lakhs in just 3 months) And he will try to remove my genuine comment also by saying I am lying, like he has done to other poor victims.

Rahul laxman dev is big fraud.recent day new company by name the multiservices .office was at warje and workshop at khedshivapur .but now both are closed .he never done any work .only false commitments and arogancy ..i have paid more than 5 lakhs ..he is not doing any work and also not giving refund..those who come across such template where such people give attractive package and then take almost 100% amount then nothing ..please be aware ..suuch people disppear next day ..do not believe .be vigilant .check customer feedabck .site work then only decide ..
