this company is an absolute fraud. They have been doing this scam for years. Thus far, they have operated in Mesa under BEST ENGINES, LETS MAKE A DEAL, and now ENGINES RX. Rachel (ringleader) plaYS ALL NICE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE, UNTIL SHE GETS YOUR DEPOSIT! She has trained her daughter Erika quite well in the art of lying and steeling. I got sooooo lucky. I had my vehicle towed to them from northern AZ, and tryed to arrange an After-Hours drop off, well, EricA, gave me a bogus phone number, and when I tryed to call the # to arrange for them to let me in the yard (hence was told they live 10 minuites away) there was a guy who told me that I had the wrong number. Therefore, I tryed to Google the company name, and NOTHING came up but this COMPLAINT BLOG. I called my tow drived back immeaditly, and had my truck dropped at a frinds house rather than at Rachels pretend auto repair shop. I finally reached Lisa off of an e-mail, and she had told me, "My mother Rachel reciently purchased the business in September from the old owner who was a non-professional business man, and these COMPLAINERS (me and others on this page) are just upset because ENGINES RX (Rachel) is not honoring the other owners warrenty obligations." LOL! My response to Erica was, funny, if your mom Rachel purchased the business back in September, how com there are complaints on here that were posted 8 days ago saying the same thing I am saying? She couln't answer my question. People, there are now 30 or so of us that have been "took" by this family, and enough is enough. I have been informed that the attorney General is aware, but we need to make him completely aware. WE also need to get together and file a class acton lawsuit so some of us can reclaim our losses, and we can prevent these people from defrauding anymore hard working Americans. I fortunately pais with my debit card, and now the fraud department will be getting involved from Bank of America, so possibly these people will be facing FEDERAL FRAUD charges. The Price Is Right not a family show anymore. They need to quit having the staff hosting the show naked. This is very inappropriate for young family members.
The show that aired on May 18, 2018 was a very terrible show. The host Wayne Brady, brought a couple that had already won a very nice trip to the Hamptons and "THEY WERE ALREADY BACK IN THEIR SEATS", back up for another deal. Of course they were led to believe this was probably a good deal. NO IT WAS NOT! It was a great big joke and very terrible trick played on them and resulted in a ZONK. Yes they are adults and could have said no, but since they were a newly married couple they must have thought it was a good deal Wayne was trying to give them especially to bring them back up. This was the most horrendous act of deceit ever aired. If he wanted to deceive them he should have done it before they went back to their seats!
