Leon’s review: Washing machine

Purchased a GE washing machine from Leon’s Sudbury.

We rented a trailer to pick up the item as we could not wait for delivery as the item was needed asap.

Picked up the item, when unboxing it was noticed that it had extensive damage. The rear metal panel was bowed. One of the rear legs was crushed and washer unsteady as was only on three legs.

Called the store following morning as the site states I had 72 hours to contact the store to rectify. I was told the 72 hour policy had changed and I had to contact the manufacturer. I have emailed numerous different email addresses and spoke with manufacturer and am in the process of returning item. I have purchased often from Leon’s, after this fiasco, I am forced to go elsewhere.
