I live in Leonard Gardens in Michigan and have for 9 years. I a bit upset when the park began cramming homes into every corner and nook of this park. Some spots were questionable if they were even made for a home but anyway, after alot of the horrible mess from construction began to clear I noticed the homes for the most part were clean and looked nice. For some reason this prompted the residents who had been here awhile to put up gawdy, rigged fences within there lots. Some are held up by bungie cords and bricks. We were told absolutely NO fences. We have two autistic kids and by the way residents drive through here we could only wish we could put up a nice fence to keep our kids safe, but were following the rules. They look absolutely awful. Yet Kim, the land lord has done nothing. My home and yard are meticulous. I mow 4 times a week. Weed wack 2 times a week, weed and plant flowers weekly. In the winter I shovel every day. We keep our home beautiful inside and out. I tried to ignore the unkempt homes on my walks, but then a aggressive note about holiday decorations pops up. I have string porch lights, there not holiday decorations and there we'll maintained and look nice, but she claims them as holiday and wants them down, but down the street a home with trash that has been in there yard for literally 6 months, as well as 2 un tagged broken down vehicles and piles upon piles of yard stuff piled in there yard is allowed to sit like that for months... It gets better,. We also have 1 service dog and one pet and despite 1 being a service dog, she still charges us monthly for her.. ultimately we didn't mind until pitbull after pitbull began coming into the park... we were not allowed to bring our large chow as they were listed as dangerous. Even though she is bark buster trained and sweet, but again we follow the rules. Upon a walk Sunday night we were terrified by a large angry pit lunging at myself and small son. This home was new so I know they were not grandfathered in. Kim picks and choices who has to follow the rules and who doesn't. All you have to do is drive through this park and you can clearly see the issues. But she wants to complain about porch lights? I do not mind following the rules but feel EVERYONE SHOULD PERIOD. please please help clean this up

Desired outcome: Tour the park and see the violations
