Never deal with Leon Wagoner- he has been conning people for years. Tall, 70 year old black man. Never give/lend him money. Claims to live in Palos Verdes, owning 7 residences. But he is homeless in reality. He exist by conning, scamming, lying, pretending, and frauding anyone he can control.

Leon took made promises of a job. Leon took my money. Leon promised to take me straight to the top. Leon took my money. Over a five year period, he never delivered on his promises. Then leon betrayed me. Leon scared my mom, and got my own mom to betray me. So I filed a police report against Leon, and within one day, Leon encouraged my own mother to file a restraining order against me, as vengeance for me filing a police report against him. Leon manipulates truth, to justify his own dishonesty. Leon has looked me in the eye, shook my hand, and asked me to trust him. But this man can not be trusted, in any way, shape, or form. Leon is a deceiver, like the devil. He tempts people off the course of righteousness. But he never delivers. He is full of empty promises. He is a carrot dangler. But he always keeps the carrot out of reach. Leon is a rat. He is arrogant. He thinks he is outside the system. But time either promotes you, or exposes you. Leon has been exposed as a dishonest crook. He played me as a sucker. He will do the same to you, if you give him the chance. Do not give him the chance. If he does you wrong, file a police report.
Leon is a con artist. It's true. He's the slickest con I've ever met. He claims to have invented a supplement. There is no proof that it exists. It's smoke and mirrors. He has scammed me personally for about $2200.
He said he had a supplement to launch June 23, 2011. It didnt happen. I've known Leon 5 years. He confided in me his methods of conning people. I was loyal to him, but he is not worthy of loyalty.
He has made efforts to destroy my family, and everyone around me.
He spends a lot of time at the renaissance hotel in downtown long beach, and the sheraton.
He does have money. he does have a bentley in storage. Ive seen it.
But I've been scammed by him 3 times, he preys on hope.
He is very savvy with his understanding of the legal system, and the rules of evidence.
He will not be easy to convict. But I'm ready to testify.
He has collected dirt on all his accusers.
He is prepared to "undress" his accusers in court.
I guarantee, it will be ugly.
His intention is to use court as a marketing method for himself, and his supplement.
Leon is a genius, but he is evil.
He does not keep his word.
He's been stringing me along for 5 years.
