This complain has nothing to do with the warranty but that your store was unable to fill an order correctly! Did you read the email because your response has nothing to do with it! I would like the email address of your vp of customer service so that person can become aware of how you respond to a legitimate complain!
William MatthewsNo response to Follow Up - Lenscrafters Customer Care Form - Ticket 200928000017On 9/26 we visited your store in Greenwood, In. to speak about an eye glass problem. We spoke to the manager about our problem which is the following:1. In June of 2019, Suzanne Matthews [protected]), after an eye exam we received a pair of glasses at this store. 2. In October we realized there was a problem with vision. After a visit to an eye doctor they found that the lenses were twisted in the frames. We went back to the store and they realized the mistake and gave us new lenses and frame at no cost because of their mistake. 3. On 9/26 we returned to the store and explained that Suzanne had a doctor visit on 9/25 they found that the eyes were not centered in the lenses causing her eyes to be crossed. They explained that the frames were too small which caused this problem. We only found this problem due to a yearly checkup for using a certain medication. That is why there was a delay in speaking to the manager of the store.4. The manager said that he could do nothing because it had been over the time limit. He offered no other help for this problem5. If the eye glass fitting would have been done correctly in the first place, we wouldn't have to replace the glasses.6. We are very unhappy with the store in Greenwood, Indiana and are asking for a no charge replacement to solve this problem.
