I recently made a purchase from Leleyaja, and I have to say, I was pretty disappointed with what I received. I ordered two tops that looked really cute on their website, but it took forever for them to arrive. When they finally did, I was shocked at how poor the quality was. The material was really thin and flimsy, and it just felt cheap overall. I was really disappointed, especially since the photos on their website made the tops look so nice. To make matters worse, I tried to contact customer service to inquire about returning the items and getting a refund. But there was no response whatsoever. I tried emailing them multiple times, but still no reply.

What's even more frustrating is that they charged my credit card immediately after I placed the order. But when it came time for them to provide updates or respond to my inquiries, they were nowhere to be found.

The website itself is also very misleading. It claims that you can return items to their address in China, but they don't actually provide an address or any instructions on how to do so. It's as if they're intentionally trying to make it difficult for customers to return items and get their money back.

Overall, I would not recommend Leleyaja (leleyaja.com) to anyone. It's a total scam and a waste of time and money. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

This place is a complete scam and they sell very low quality clothes that take an incredibly long time to arrive. I ordered some items back in May and it's now July, and I still haven't received two of my items. To make matters worse, customer service has been absolutely no help whatsoever.

This so-called company has essentially stolen $118.00 of my hard-earned money and all I have to show for it is a half order of rags. And when I say rags, I mean it. None of the items look anything like their pictures and the quality is extremely poor. Honestly, if my 8-year-old granddaughter had a sewing machine, she could have made this crap for me.

I've tried reaching out to customer service several times to send the items back for a full refund, but I haven't received any response from this company. It's incredibly frustrating and I feel like I've been scammed. I strongly advise against ordering from this company and I'm going to reach out to the BBB and a lawyer to see how I can get my money refunded.

I wish I had ordered through PayPal because they would have handled this right away and refunded my money. Unfortunately, my credit card company was also no help. This whole situation really sucks and I'm extremely disappointed. If anyone has any other suggestions for how I can get my money back, please let me know. I work way too hard for my money just for some scamming company to take it.
