In April of this year I signed a contract with Legacy Management services out of Montclair, CA. As an independant contractor I worked 36 hours in 4 days and to the date I have not received any payment from said corporation. Legacy management services is just another of Pama Management entities. My reason for only working with this so called comapany for a week is due to their breach of contract in the sense of hirirng me as an independant contractor yet the supervisor at legacy tells me the second day of work that there would be a mandatory company meeting that I needed to attend, obviously this company hires its maintenace staff as Independant contractors so that this company does not have to pay any insurance of any sort, and or pay anything in regards to any company has to the the state for its employees so by hiring as independant contractors they avoid all these fees, yet they will treat you as an employee pay you as they would an employee and so on amd so forth.
Desired outcome: I just want my money i worked my <span class="replace-code" title="This information is only accessible to verified representatives of company">[censored]</span> off in the four days i was there wich is 36 hours at 25 dollars an hour i believe. Nothing more nothing less. Just what is owed to me
