My daughter called me collect and the automated system asked for my credit card i gave it ans was told my call was being connected. This did not happen there was nothing the line had nothing but silence. My daughter tryed again and the same thing happened. I did not get to talk to her at all. I ended up driving to the south side of houston. It takes two hours to get there. She is 6 month's pregenant and was having problems. Now i get a bill for two calls that i never went through. I was told by Dolly that i wouldnt be billed if the call never went through.I explained and again was told the same think.I have been trying to go to a head supervisor but was told by dolly that she is the supervison. I called again to get to many numbers and one is not in service. I am now talking to victor the head of billing. He is going to check it out. Now it has to go to yet another dept.I will report this and will have my att address this issue it is a small amount but will be worth it. The better business bureau will be notified of all actions taken. I was charged $19.94 twice for calls that they say was connected but i never talked to my daughter. And If i had talked to her the first time why would she call me with in seconds of the first call that never went through. So i am being called a lier. They are right and i am charged. I guess there is no room for error on the part of Legacy the operator or the phone system.
