Lee Carroll / Arizona Boat Repair review: Scam/theft

I was ripped off by a Craigslist boat mechanic named Lee Carroll doing business as Arizona Boat Repair LLC.

He has kept our key to the marina and he continues to terrorize us. He stole three omc cobra outdrives, four exhaust risers, many miscellaneous parts and distributor parts we paid for and he picked up at Autozone to later return for store credit, I interviewed the manager James.

He staged photos to make it look like work was done, made a fake invoice and then stopped short, said “Only $500 left” and stole everything under the guise of a lien that doesn’t exist. I hired a firm to get the cops to follow

I took lee to small claims court, he tried desperately to dodge the process server but he got served. He lost in court, the judge spanked him and I was awarded maximum judgment of $3500, which Lee Carroll still hasn’t paid. We was just served a writ of garnishment and his accounts were frozen and he only had $143.

Small Claims Court doesn’t have the power to force him to return property. So I will be taking him to Superior Court.

He is currently under investigation for felony fraud and theft. He lawyered up, so I hired a firm to work with the police. Lee will be charged with a felony, it may take a couple months but I’m patient!

Go ahead and counter sue me for libel Lee, it’s laughable. Everything I’ve said is true and I will make sure you don’t rip off any more innocent people.

In the last week you’ve taken down websites and on Easter Sunday you got an LLC because you can feel the heat!

You’re 64 and claim to be a boat mechanic for 40 years ,but no one can find a single good word about you…hmmm the courts know you.

Do not use Arizona Boat Repair LLC. Never give him your pass key or code, never pay cash! Help me purge scum like this from our boating community!

Google boatyard scams, there are a couple dozen Lee Carroll’s around the country doing the same scam. Call crime stoppers if you too are a victim.
