Lebody review: Opera mask

I purchased the Opera Mask on the Lebody USA website on August 13, 2021 at $649 USD. I received an email confirming my order. On August 15th, 2021 Sunday, I received a call from an unidentified USA number. When I answered, the caller only abruptly said, in a foreign accent, "hi, I need to confirm your order because your shipping info is different to billing." He did not provide his name, what company, nor even could reference the product name I'd ordered. I politely said I was reluctant to disclose my private info over the phone as he never identified any of the above and could he send me another email. He was upset, but laughed and said yah sure, I'll send it Monday a.m. I never received it in the a.m. So at 11:50a.m. on August 17th, I phoned him back, he again answered HELLO, only, and very abruptly. No company identification. When I politely questioned the customer service, he escalated and became inexcusably and liberally abusive. It was shocking. I cancelled my order by email and he then sent me 3 consecutive personal taunting and passively threatening emails. No confirmation of cancellation has yet to be issued.
