Lea & Harold Winkler review: Stay away 16

This has nothing at all to do with Lea with trashing her on this site as she is fighting the battle with cancer which Gina Sullivan knows this for a while now along with her co-partner Cora too, then to trash her on here with her faulty landscaper that I paid $500.00 for in fixing water system on the house so the plants do NOT die, which she is the realtor that listed my house for sale that works for ReMax at:

This is to do with business that I did in fact pay for, it has nothing to do with Lea at all. Yes there was a hold put on the money with Pay Pal being work that was Not preformed on the landscaping that was paid for I paid for winter seed in the grass as well as the water system to be fixed and the trees to be staked with tree stakes from the hardware store with not using fence posting and/or motor cycle tie down straps. Oleander plants were to be same in height. Weeds there with not killing them nor putting preventative down with knowing all the rains in what I paid for. Grass areas were to be edged that were NOT done at all. Dead plants pulled out and thrown in a pile over the fence. Grass not winter seeded, water timing box to water all landscaping was NOT in fact fixed at all. So more plants and trees are dying due to her faulty landscaper named Tilo at [protected].

You may NOT want to list your house with her at all, there in fact was a gun missing out of my home January 2017 which she is the only one that knew that there were guns in my home (a police report has been filed) and she in fact stated that she smokes marijuana. I cancelled the listing with her, she kept the key to my house and did NOT mail it back to me for which locks on house had to be changed. Her husband is not a federal law officer at all as he claims, he is nothing but a POS liar is what he is, for my next door neighbor is a Buckeye police officer and his wife Heather knows Gina very well and they told us.

Gina said that they would put carpet squares back on back porch and asked where the 2 were that were missing, she was told where they were then I get to my house and this is what else was missing too that she just had left like that, her along with her co-partner Cora. They also stated it cost money to clean my house when in fact it was spotless when it was left and they listed it. They threw all my stuff out in the garage in the heat so it ruins it when in fact was told NOT to put anything at all in the garage due to the heat. $200.00 pictures were thrown out there along with a almost $300.00 cat tower for the carpet to come unglued on it as well as other stuff too. She puts your toothbrush under the sink, and puts your nice bath mat rugs in the closets but then leaves squeegees in the shower, she also puts your dish soap in your nice ceramic kitchenware cabinets and hand soap too with not putting it under the kitchen sink for which I think half her brains are missing if you ask me. She did not do what was asked her to do in caring for my house while it was listed. She is a very bad realtor in listing your house and with begging you to list it with her too.

When Gina first sold this house to me, she did NOT disclose water well conditions with the home as well as the water fountain in the back yard did NOT work, nor did the landscaping water system with leaking for I had 2 landscapers there in fixing it; and for which block fencing was not put up with footers in the back yard in scamming me on house price that was only worth originally at that time $284, 000.00 and she charged me $335, 000.00 for it with the inspector missing all kinds of things wrong with the house. Should NOT be dead plants or trees in January at my house. This realtor lady named Gina Sullivan is NOTHING AT ALL BUT A SCAM, DO NOT LIST YOUR HOUSE FOR SALE WITH HER not unless you want your stuff stolen and for her to scam your money as she has me.

In my opinion: This is one evil lady! She is the definition of evil! I indirectly had contact with her to provide landscaping services to their home at 8415 south 205th ave, Buckeye, AZ 85326. All services were provided and then she filed a complaint after payment and has $500 of ours in PayPal limbo. The work was done and the yard in perfect condition. Work was completed 12/10/2016. 30 days later after being out of state she returns to a yard that had not been landscaped for almost 6 weeks and expects it to be perfect after several storms and no care for her yard. She constantly harasses my wife with threatening emails and texts: almost daily. Does anyone know if she is an ex-felon for sure? I'm awaiting a full background check on her. I have heard about a possible firearm in her house: a crime. Definition (in my opinion) of true white trash! Since the Winkler's must be Lynette B on this forum I'd like to say 'hi' to them. BTW Winklers I am a Federal Law Officer. I'd love to meet up the next time you pop up again in AZ.

This person is making up stories of such false acquisitions on these people with having nothing else better to do with himself sounds to be and smoking crack or something. These people do not have a business under such name of Carol's Music nor do they live at this address any more either. They dont even live in the state of NC for that matter nor do they breed dogs either.

Sounds though that you need to get your story straight. They do NOT live at this address any longer and they do NOT breed dogs any more either and they surely do Not run a business under the name of Carol's Music. Sounds to me that you are smoking crack or on some type of drugs with claiming such bull ### lies about these people. You do NOT know them personally so stop claiming such ###ed up stories on them.

Harold and/or Lea Winkler have opened up another avenue of scamming. This time they purchased a brand new iPhone 6 Plus from me on eBay, and are now claiming to Paypal that the package was, "opened and re-taped" while in transit. However, since it wasn't actually tampered with in shipping, but is rather part of their scam, they accepted the shipment and now want me to keep the iPhone and have me refund 100% of the purchase while accepting whatever they are going to put in the package instead of my iPhone. I took pictures and video of the phone before shipping it out, and have delivery confirmation signature and evidence, so hopefully Paypal will realize that they are scammers.

Just a word to the wise, I guess I should have googled their names before I sold to them. While I can't speak to the complaints about the puppies, the fact that their scams have spread to eBay and other areas speaks to their character...or lack thereof.

This is so terribly awful to see what people will do to others with killing their dignity as well as their reputation. After seeing this on line I called AKC about this and they told me the Winkler's are in very good standings with them and did no such thing or falsifying or forging any documents so I have no idea where Debbie Kern is coming up with these stories, allegations from for she has NOT provided any such thing of proof from AKC, court, or a lawyers office stating the Winkler's did anything at all. All these people on here are making all stuff up. Such jealous hatters out there of this breed. I know these people of which I purchased a puppy from and another too and they are the most knowledgeable breeders out there I have ever spoke with. They answered every question possible from me from start to finish. My puppy was so clean and smelled so good and they provided me a nice cloth bag from pets mart loaded with goodies for my puppy with having a folder of all the parents paperwork in it than again the same on my puppy two years later from them. Golden Girls is so funny out of CO. They have emailed the Winkler's numerous times wanting to buy their imported dogs as well as wanted to know more info about dog food. Bonnie & Clyde? She needs to look in the mirror. There are no pet owners that have accomplished what the Winkler's have on their own without having to breed puppies for money. These puppy mills out there breed for money and to feed their kids too, they need to get off their lazy ### and get a real job, stop using dogs eggs and sperm for $$$$$. The Winkler's dont breed for $$$$ they have all the $$$$$ they need. Go out to their home you will see all their lovely pets on almost 6 acres and No kennels. Golden Girls kennel scammed Harold's mom deposit money on a dog she was selling that was almost 6 years old to breed. Give me a break anybody that breeds a dog at 6 years old is desperate for $$$$. The Winkler's are a lovely family as stated and their dogs are their family pets they dont have kennels. Jealous breeders get made because they want to sell their puppies and not family pets owners buy them from over seas they think they are the only ones that can get them and nobody else. Well wrong anybody reading this can see they can get their own puppies from over seas easily you dont have to have a broker as breeders tell everybody that just so they buy from them. Golden Girls is nothing but a puppy mill kennel just as so may others are out there too that are. DO NOT BUY FROM A AKC INSPECTED KENNEL FOR THAT IS A RED FLAG OF NUMEROUS LITTERS OF A PUPPY MILL THAT AKC HAS RECORD OF AND IS WHY THEY GO OUT THERE. Buying from a Pet Owner is BEST!

How can somebody judge the Winkler's for what Debbie Kern has done to them herself with all her so called peoples going at it 5 years now and she just will NOT stop with so many lies? You dont know these people, have you met them yourself, they would give their shirts off their backs to anybody? That would be like me telling you to hate Debbie Kern just because I hate her which is very wrong on your part for believing lies of such an evil person such as Debbie Kern herself and judging others on hearsay. Debbie Kern is just like Jodi Arias she tells lies after lies after lies. Jodi Arias should have went after Debbie Kern not Travis Alexander. Debbie Kern deserves to be slain just as Travis was for what she is doing, she is the devil herself as the saying goes, The Devil Made Me Do It!" Such jealous kennel puppy mill breeders go after pet owners that have puppies over jealousy issues. All you kennel puppy mill breeders need prayer is what you need asking God for forgiveness for judging others off of what Debbie Kern says and has stated all over the world about such a lovely family that has occasional litters with their family pets, just so sad.

It is Harold with his 82 year old mother and his 3 sons so give up and leave them alone. And correction they are NOT a puppy mill for Harold has screened through and weened over $40, 000.00 of dogs (6) into his breeding program and sold dogs that were neutered and in fact spayed with taking 5 years in doing so that genetics are Not being passed to innocent puppy buyers as of what all you others do out there is breed for quantity NOT Quality like Harold has done through the years. Their dogs all live inside their home with them humans not out in a building with NO PEOPLE. Look up definition of puppy mill.

Nothing better to do still going at the Winkler's 5 years now for doing nothing. Hate, Hate is a Sin. You are the only losers yourselves that hate such lovely people and why, it must be a jealousy thing because NOT one of you know them at all to HATE them other going off hearsay when there is always 2 sides to a story and if it apparently was true they would not be able to be in AKC or GRCA, and Guess what, THEY ARE so that tells you the truth of the matter, so go find somebody else to harass or better yet go harass yourselves. And Excuse me... Golden Girls Kate McBride & Jennifer McBride ripped Harold's 82 year old mother off $500.00 on a dog. Who are they to be judgmental on people that they do NOT hardly know? And for 6 mos Kate McBride was in contact wanting to buy dogs from the Winkler's themselves than just because others are against them and with all being in cahoots with each others she thinks "oh I might as well will hate them too even though they are such very nice people and shared info on dogs and dog food with us." As is says in all the complaints of the Winkler's that God Knows the truth and that is all that matters and each and every one of you FOR YOU ALL have to answer to him yourself when your judgement day comes so keep it up on the Winkler's that you are all so judgmental & jealous of. Golden Girls Kennel stole Jan's $500.00 Deposit than sold the dog to the most scam artist person named Teresa Deslauriers in the golden world that calls people on the phone she does not even know about her Menopause problems with her husband taking Dolly that got all chewed up by Teddy to a Motel for almost a week. Than complains to Natasa at Golden Duck in Serbia because Teddy was bred by the owner before she got him to her for her name is in the gossip of the English creme goldens with all the imported breeders out there. Teresa was going to sell Teddy to the Winkler's than she said oh no I better NOT because everybody will not like me if they knew I sold Teddy to the Winkler's when Teresa was their friend for over 2 years with emails to prove it. Teddy is very aggressive and eats every dog at her home and expects him to lie in a pack of dogs. It is so funny that Debbie Franklin with Wisteria Goldens is involved with all the Drama Gossip of Debbie Kern going on 5 Years now as well as Kate Kathleen Durso Joseph Durso in Tennessee that ### and gripes about others that buy puppies from her and saying "Oh My God I am going to breed Monkeys with throwing a diaper at them" just because she complains that her clients said oh my the puppy pottied in the crate what do I do? When are ALL these dumb stupid ladies going to STOP & give up with harassing and ganging up on the Winkler's with NOW going on 5 Years? Tubie must be Debbie Kern herself. Kathleen Kate Durso in TN was taken to court from the Winklers, Winkler's won and Kate Durso South Wind Goldens will NOT give them their money. Keep it ups and more about each and every one of you that are all involved in this will have more stuff posted on you for this is just part of it.

And I'm sorry that we didn't think to Google the breeders' names when we wanted to get a new pet. We had no idea there were common criminals pretending to be loving breeders. We sure won't make the same mistake next time.

Harold and Lea Winkler have numerous lawsuits against them, I don't know about the person they're in dispute with. However, there are 10 of us getting ready to file against them, and we all have proof of fraud. So even though it's something beautiful and simple like newborn puppies, their tactics are not.
