Search on google for uniforms of a certain school, you see an online ad for lct
If you call on landline, they confirm they offer that school uniform, when actually that school has not authorised this sale. They have fake logo and will give you the uniforms. After delivery, you realise there is mismatch in quality for the material, logo colors, embossed buttons, etc. The customer care email address mentioned on receipt is not responding even after multiple reminders. You can go to shop and create a scene with the workers there, but that is not a good idea especially in place like dubai. Complaint was made to dubai consumer rights and to school and authorised uniform seller. All of them did not take any action as such and just reminded me that next time avoid such traps.

The staff and owner are very rude insult the customers/ parents coming to purchase the uniform. does not provide proper customer service. they take advance of all parents go there to purchase the uniform their. but they are not giving free to behalf like that to customers. she should be given warning to behalf properly.
