Lita Dotson of The Law Office Of Lita Pettus-Dotson was appointed as the attorney for a minor child guardianship case in California. Lita wrote a report to the courts with her findings. That is all fine and well except, she only met with one side of the case.
Never contacted the other side, she didn’t feel it was important enough to check facts, the child on video mentioned her guardian and uncle were smoking “medicine” in the house and the smoke came through the vents and was causing the child to choke.
A simple drug test would have put this matter to rest, but she failed to do that. Lita Pettus-Dotson never ever contacted teachers who wrote statements about the child’s behavior issues, she never contacted tutors, she failed to contact grandparents, daycare providers any one on the other “side”. Made a report to the court in favor of the side she was clearly on.
Be careful Law Office Of Lita Pettus-Dotson she isn’t about getting to the truth or fact finding, she gets handed a story and runs with it.
