Lawyers were to help me with home modifaction, charged $8, 000. Never shown any documents from lender on agreements, never given a receipt, always said its in the mail. Never retuned calls, was advised to talk with my lawyer supvr., big mistake, had appt. I was told then by my lawyer that i didnt have to come in, everything was handle. Call again talk with supvr. again, i was told why are you still calling, your were suppose to come. When i explained, he stated i don't give a damn what you were told, your just wasting my time. He asked what's wrong with you, its just like i'm talking with my young son he told me. He stated that i said, i didnt want to keep your house. I said you didn't have that talk with me 'cause i didnt know that your were open on Sat. He said he didn't have time to waste his value time with me.
The public needs to know about the firm of lawyers. I'm quite sure i'm not the only one who has been done in this matter. The infomercial is still being shown. They're ripping people off, please help!
Every word from this Atty. is a lie, never ever approach this law office and never believe Alan Mendelsohn who endorses this fraud law office. It's a matter of time that the FBI and CA Atty. general and CA STATE BAR will start investigating this company's fraud dealings. We have started our complaint with the proper agency.
Mr. Ribarich, my name is Roberto Velasquez we have negotiated to settle a refund of the portion that we paid you in advance . It's been 3 weeks now and we have not received our refund. If your company will give us the run around again I will be forced bring this complaint to the next level.
I always intended on helping a consumer who could not afford their mortgage. These consumers are up against big corporate banks who are allowed to hire attorneys and pay them up front fees. The State of CA and the Banks took all power out of the consumer by not allowing the consumer to hire an attorney. Etc etc. I have refunded every client even when I saved their homes. ! Same here guaranteed that we can get a loan modification or principal reduction. I am planning to report them to the proper authorities.
I have documents to prove my case. This firm taking advantage for people with loans and modifications. I never saw Mr. John Ribarich, he has hired some crooks to steal from claints. Somebody should look at this attorney activity.
