LaserAway Medical Group review: No results facial hair increased (do not recommend)

I completed all recommended laser sessions at Laser Away (Oakland) and did not get the promised results. In fact, before treatment I did not have much facial hair; after the sessions my facial hair grew faster and much thicker. For almost three months I’ve tried to get a resolution I sent several emails, visited the clinic in person, and showed my concerns to nurses and staff but I received no meaningful response or plan to address this. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I do NOT recommend Laser Away for laser hair removal based on my experience. (Photos attached.)
