I was employed by Largeton INC. (USA Office: 13800 Coppermine Rd Herndon VA 20171) and its Indian counterpart Largetech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (Office #502 Plot #C-56A/16 Sector-62 Noida Uttar Pradesh-201309) from November 15 2022.In March 2024 the company granted me permission to work remotely from my hometown in Jajpur Odisha due to my wife's severe illness. However after working for five days in April 2024 I had to pause my work as she was hospitalized. This situation was verbally communicated to and approved by the Managing Director Mr. Ram Dasari. In May 2024 I was prepared to resume work; however my repeated attempts to contact the company via email, phone calls and messages were ignored. My formal resignation submitted in June 2024 was also neither acknowledged nor processed. The lack of response, official resignation acceptance and employment documentation left me in a state of forced unemployment from April to June 2024. On July 8 2024 I was unexpectedly offered reemployment and resumed work on July 9 2024. While I received my salary for July the company failed to compensate me for the five days worked in April as previously agreed upon. On August 30 2024 I was abruptly informed to stop working with immediate effect without any prior notice or justification. I was assured that my salary would be processed by September 2 2024 but this commitment was not honored. While other employees received their payments mine was unlawfully withheld. Additionally on August 31 2024 I received an email retroactively terminating my employment effective August 29 2024 without prior notice or due process further demonstrating the company’s unethical practices. Despite my repeated attempts to seek clarification about outstanding salary payments and settlement of dues all my communications have been ignored. As of today it has been over six and a half months since my termination significantly exceeding the 45-day period initially promised for the settlement of my dues. The company’s failure to resolve this matter has placed me under severe financial distress including missed loan payments and an inability to meet essential obligations. Furthermore I was shortlisted for a new job with a competitive package; however due to the lack of necessary documentation from Largetech Solutions and the company's negative feedback the offer was revoked. Since April 2024 I have been unable to secure employment due to missing official documents leaving me in an extremely challenging financial situation while supporting my wife and two children. I am deeply disheartened and distressed by this unjust treatment. I respectfully demand the immediate payment of my outstanding salary from April 2024 to date along with compensation for the financial and professional damages incurred due to the company’s negligence.

Your prompt attention to this matter is essential and I would appreciate a resolution at the earliest.
