This actually happened last year and didn't think about filing a formal complaint until I read someone else complain about this Dr.Jordan Taheri. I'm not even sure he's a real veterinarian. I am an O.R. Nurse for over 30 years and have seen many patients put to sleep. With that said, this supposed Dr. with Lap of Love came to the house when it was time for our beloved dog to be euthanized. He gave her one injection and she became crazed, running around the yard.There was no consoling her. It was like she was being tortured.If it wasn't bad enough that she was dying of cancer, I had to see this incompetence. Which should have been a calm experience, was a disaster. Something I will never forget.

I've been up for 24 hours with a dying cat when Dr. Katie arrived at my home and told me I had 10 minutes per shot to spend with her before she would remove her from my home. I was dumbfounded and unable to process when I asked for more time she said she would take her bag to the car and come back and get her body looking back on it. I wish I had told her to leave or kept the body after she was euthanized she also gave the injection directly into her back muscle, which made my cat scream. She had to do it two times because she didn't finish the first injection. Lap Of Love staff told me they have no control of what happens when the doctors go into the home. There is no portal or ability to file a written grievance with the company
What happened when you complained to LOL? Did they fire the Doctor? Did you get a refund? Am considering using them and not sure.
