I had the very unfortunate and dismal experience of getting to know Lannie Self for a brief time. Shockingly, he actually has 20 plus years of managerial experience in Dallas, Texas. I was very shocked to know that info because he came across as a corpulent and unprepared waste of space in my dreary experiences with him. Think twice if you are applying for a job to work for this overweight and disorganized goon.

In my experience with him he came across as very prejudiced and rude. Work is supposed to be about accomplishing specific tasks not wasting time with strawman arguments. Lannie Self persistently used rude and biased insinuations to make me feel stupid; also, he used mixed messages and red herrings to frustrate and mislead me even when he did not know me well enough. This indicates to me that he has some problems with prejudice, bias, and making proper decisions without impeding onto another's precious time: I believe that bad attitude of his interferes with his ability to make the correct decisions. After a single conversation with him I was already irritated by his unprofessional and passive-aggressive blithering, blathering, and whining about unimportant, frivolous, trivial, and petty issues. He comes across as a corpulent whiner more than a confident manager.

He wasted my precious time with his yammering and doublespeak. He needs to learn how to conduct himself in a professional manner that is invested in not wasting anyone's precious time and not misleading those in vulnerable situations with passive-aggressive doublespeak, prejudicial biases, and irritatingly insecure mixed messages.

My advice includes for him to stop being a prejudiced bump on a log: try being honest, organized, and well-prepared with everyone who he comes into contact with. Do not waste people's time who you already know you do not like. Do not use rude and prejudiced insinuations and passive-aggressive blithering and mixed messages. Most people do not have time for ill-prepared and passive-aggressive bumps on a log.

I will not go into too much detail because I want this to be anonymous. But he came across as a snobbishly arrogant waste of space. He is rather corpulent, rotund, and stumpy; therefore, he has no business being so judgmental, prejudiced, and difficult to me. If anyone has problems with him there is always EEOC. Discrimination is not permitted in the USA.

Highest Praise for the PISA Group out of Richardson Texas. Our staff has found them to be on their game in every way. My personal experience with Manager, Lannie Self has been flawless. He first serviced us at the DMN and we were happy to follow him to PISA. He has given us years of EXCELLENCE in customer care and team work. We have found him to be very personable. He listens to our needs, asks questions regarding our wants, and instigates programs to help with our success. It seems that would take organizational and people skills to accomplish. He puts the customers first every time which could be why a member of his team might feel he micro-managed! In all my years of dealing with Lannie, I have never experienced even a hint of discrimination. I also have never thought of him as "rotund". We have found Lannie and his team both positive and encouraging. Feel free to contact me for any further references. You cannot go wrong with the PISA Group or Lannie Self. I would hire him in a heart beat for management. We are TOTALLY satisfied with our choice.

This could only be 1 of 2 people. First, this is Lannie. Regardless of which one you are, you were both horrible employees who treated our customers terribly. Even your own co-workers were delighted the day you left. If you are the one from my previous employer, you were also a thief as was described by many of your co-workers. You took things from people's desk that didn't belong to you and vandalized equipment on those people's desks that you didn't like. If from my current employer, you were rude, arrogant, and kept telling your co-workers behind my back how you wouldn't do a single thing more for our customers than what you felt you should have to. Seldom have I run across anyone like the two I'm referring to. I love people, love those working with me at all levels, and have never discriminated against a person for any reason, (well - with exception to those who have the mindset that something is owed to them.) You do African Americans a great disservice by bringing in the race card. MLK longed for the day that all people would be recognized by the content of their character rather than the color of their skin. Because you're on of those who wants to make it about race rather than your charcater, you cheapen your argument. Also - Talk about my weight? Good grief. Grow up little man. I'm fat - but you're simply immature and need to recognize your shortcomings and take measures to grow and mature.
