My vehicle was brought into Langdale Hyundai Dealership in Valdosta, Georgia, for a vehicle inspection with a check engine light. This dealership billed my extended warranty for a laundry list of new parts it needed to fix the issue. $6392.11, along with an additional $1,000 they are charging me for additional parts needed, and my vehicle it still has not been fixed. With my mechanical background, I am fully aware that all of this could've been prevented by performing a particular diagnostic method such as a cylinder compression test, to determine the same outcome with my vehicle requiring a new motor. They threw $7400 of parts and labor to figure now it requires a new motor. They are a bunch of thieves
Desired outcome: My out of pockets costs waived.
