Lakeside Collections Perks review: Incorrect charges for program use 1

1. I have reviewed my ALLY BANK MC charges for the year since it is a new company that has bought my old "OLLO" MC account

2. I have seen 6 charges for a program I do not use/did not select.

3. Starting in JAN, 2023, Lakeside has been charging my credit card $14.95/month for a "Perks" program I either inadvertently selected when ordering during 2022 holidays, or simply clicked on the selection on the website. Either case, the charges were from JAN-MAR 2023, and started again in SEP.

4. To date, LSC has charged me $45 for service I did not use in JAN-MAR. Then, when I ordered in SEPT, up pops the PERKS again. I have contacted the company and CANCELLED my PERKS, but she said she could not do a REFUND, but I need to contact you via this system. That is what I am doing.
