Lakeland Heating and Air Conditioning review: Water heater and water softener installed

Lakeland Heating and Air Conditioning installed a water heater and water softener in our home on 7/21/22. They charged $4,325.00 which we paid in full, promptly.

They were installed incorrectly with water flowing directly from the water heater to the water softener. See page 7 water softener manual. We ended up with very poor water pressure throughout the house due to pipes and fixtures clogged with resin beads from the water softener.

We hired a plumber who identified the incorrect installation and repaired it and paid him for his services.

I contacted Lakeland and they agreed to refund $1000.00 in labor costs. After more than a month, and 2 more calls, we have not received a refund and are now getting rude and threatening responses to our calls.
