Lace and Grace review: Two garments …. Both bad!

I purchased a sweater a few months ago. The seam around the collar was clearly defective. It was right in the middle of the collar. I sent pictures to the company and they refunded my money. I purchased the “T-shirt dress washed navy” in June 2023. Prior to wearing, I washed it, per the instructions. The dress pieces were not cut on the grainline, so the seams “twisted” around my body. I sent pictures and again, asked for a refund. Because I had washed the dress, they would only issue an online credit. I wrote an honest review, not once, but twice, and they refuse to publish my review. Apparently, they only want to publish the 5* reviews. When I make purchases online, I rely on the honest opinion of other consumers. Grace and Lace is not transparent. I have no desire to purchase any more items from Grace and Lace, so the online credit is of no use to me. Buyer beware. I am attaching pictures of both garments.
