This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

Ordered 6 air purifiers online from what looked like a reputable company.

Got them in 2 weeks later and they were no bigger than a 12oz glass.

Returned them after 5 emails back and forth that I wanted a full refund.

I shipped them back to the company for them to then tell me they needed to be tested for contaminants then they will get back to me for a refund.

It's been 8 weeks and I still haven't received any money back only run around emails telling me they will give me a coupon and 25% back as a credit.

Do not purchase from this company. It showed many good reviews and I clearly got scammed.

Hoping my credit card company can help but this has truend into a fiasco screwing me out of $202.

Desired outcome: Want a full refund

Labcharge Fake Ionizer Proof This is a fake device with nothing more inside then a USB converter circuit, red, green, and blue LEDs and driver chip, a switch and a fan. Everyone needs to know that this company is promoting snake oil at consumers expense. Placed in the inside bottom of the device there's a magnet to give the unit stability and weight. I have been in electronic component repair on the bench and in the field for 45 years. LABCHARGE should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law for extreme fraud. What is the main component of a real ionizer? The main component of an ionizer is an emitter that creates an ionizing field for air to pass through. The emitter can be made of electrostatically charged plates or a high-voltage wire or carbon fiber brush. The only thing missing here is an actual ionizer circuit. This is nothing more than a mood light with a fan.
