Judging from the way I have seen Kurt Erchinger turn a blind eye to how some employees mistreat others at the company, it is no wonder the morale has been low and the turnover rate high. I have only been a few years with the company but leave no doubt Kurt Erchinger is worthy of being exposed as at times incompetent and uncaring to the employees and the toxic working atmosphere.

This is highly irresponsble since it costs much more to have to hire new employees and train them after he has alienated the good ones originally hired by the company. I always give people the benefit of the doubt but where there is smoke there is fire and I tried not to listen to the rumors about Kurt Erchinger when I was first hired. Now that I have witnessed it first hand I can say that he is untrustworthy and lacks accountablility.

Let this critique serve as a warning to others to beware of his mis-management style.

Workers should also beware of his history to file false discliplinary reports to intimidate employes from pointing out wrongs and abuses in the department. DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN ANYMORE! He is like a cancer that must be contained. Let's speak up when there are abuses and put an end to bad behavior.

By remaining anonymous these employees are able to keep their jobs while blowing the whistle. This is actually a smart and brave move on their part. They are to be commended.

Nothing can be more public than the World Wide Web. A record of bad behavior is established now for future and current employees to beware of and take preventive action.

That Manager Kurt Erchinger should take a good look in the mirror and embrace his teachable moments.
