kudometrics.com review: They didn't finish my order and didn't show it at all 1

I was disappointed in the services of the company www.kudometrics.com. I ordered web design from them, but they promised to do it within one month. Ok, I patiently waited, but in the end of month, I asked to show the work. The rep refused and after couple of days the situation was the same. I was furious and started to threaten them, but the rep stopped to communicate and that’s all. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?
