Kystal Resorts and Lattitude 21 — unethical behavior/scam/ripoff/ buyer beware

In February 2019 my sister and I book a trip to Krystal Resort in Cancun Mexico, but we had to listen to a 90-minute talk about timeshare. After 4 hours from the time the presentation started and 4 people changing the story of what you got and changing the price. they try to convince us to look, "this is an investment opportunity, you get 25 weeks rental over a 10 year period, but our broker will rent the unit for you and you will have deposited into your account 1500.00 for every 25 weeks, so in the end, you make 37, 500. Our part of the investment was 2500.00 and in return, we would get $37, 500. It was pitched and sold to us as an investment, verbally and we were given their broker's card, Lattitude 21, and told they would handle all of the bookings of the unit. we signed the contract without fully reading it as it was talking and restating during the whole process this was an investment opportunity. Then he gives us the card for Lattitude 21, tells us to call them so that can add the unit to their list to rent and pay us. When I called them they said that will be 695.00. I paid Latitud21 in total 1, 700 later to find out they do nothing because they need more money to rent your weeks 1, 500 more to offer your property to Travel agencies there is nothing to market and my sister and I are out all the money. Lattitude 21 and Krystal Resorts are together.
Now 4/23/2021 Latitud21 is calling me to tell me that I need to pay more money so they can publish my property on their website. I need help with this situation.
