I would like to make a formal complaint.
Kris flyer block them my account which has caused much of a inconvenient for my family. They claim is a fraudulent acct and i can't use it. Been almost a month and they keep telling me is under investigation and my family member ( my wife) has already got their ticket on 10 of June.
This has resulted in causing unhappiness and anxiety to us and worry about the cost of ticket and hotels. The uncertainly has causes alot of changes in our planning
The following timeframe is attached as documented. Then another mistake was made. They promise us they will reserve the ticket on the 16 june and wait for email for the ticket reservation number . Waited 1 week and no email and no call.

We were also told that we need to use use CASH to buy the ticket if need to and the cost ticket has went up double. Such solution should not be made to me, as the cause of damage is from Kris Flyer - risk team

Claimed loss: Financial Loss Follow-up effort – direct effort spent on chasing updates and responses.And time invested from one parties which is the Kris flyer member - George Sim
Desired outcome: Risk team to call us and unblock my acct - explanation of what happen. My data and informations are with the airline, worry of how is being misusedTickets for both me and my wife for compensation of our time invested.
