I have a blower which I bought on September 2010 and it has 2 year warantee by the manufacturer. I called the number for the Manufacturer and they advise I could take the blower at any sears store and they would
send it for repairs and this is what I did I took the blower to Sears in Miami
coral gable store and took this to Product repair services and they gave me a receipt with the drop off date that was 8/13/2011 and the expected ready date was 8/28 they advise me they would call me. I waited till 9/2 when i called they advise the equipment had never left the store it was their mistake. Danny from this department advise me this was going to be send and fix QUICk. I have being calling this store and no one no one answers the phone and if they do they send you to the wrong department
