Purchased a fitness monitor from Komodo and used it for all of 10 minutes and it's not what I expected. Misleading website. I reached out to ask about a refund and was told 'no refunds sorry'. I asked why and was given a response of 'Help us with return? Thank you very much. You can help Amazon with return. Thank you'. I didn't know what they meant by mentioning Amazon so I asked. I received a message telling me 'You missing logic and common sense'. That's not appropriate and given than someone spent $150 on a gift for me to have this, it's appalling. I have the emails to prove this too.
