I had been searching for a job, and I got one suitable role at International BPO which I applied for and called HR and I have worked for them for more than a month from 03-05-21 to 10-05-21 and then they intentionally terminated me pretext on recertification and digested my salary, I have also called to HR but she misbehaved and told that I have not performed well, however, I got just 4-5 days on floor and rest of the time they were giving training meanwhile the owner was also misbehaving with me.
I'm deeply distressed as I have huge bills to pay and they have wasted more than 2 months.
Meanwhile, they were misbehaving with me so that I response and they find a reason to terminate me but I didn't react in the same way and finally day before my salary credited they rejected me in recertification and told me that not to come office.
Kindly please help me out.
