Kirti Rai and Prashray Rai San Francisco CA – Scammers gambling

🚨 SCAM WARNING: Prashray Rai & Kirti Rai (also known as Kirti Malik) 🚨
I’m sharing this to warn others in the poker and affiliate marketing communities:
Prashray Rai and his sister Kirti Rai, who also goes by Kirti Malik, were behind UMA Poker—a now-defunct poker site that scammed me and others out of more than $50,000 USD. After collecting affiliate traffic, player deposits, and earnings, they cut off communication, froze accounts, and disappeared without paying what was owed.
Unfortunately, this wasn’t a one-off. There are multiple signs of other shady activity, including:
Withholding payments from partners
Blocking withdrawals without explanation
Shutting down operations without notice
Changing names or aliases to avoid accountability
This is a pattern of fraud—gain trust, take the money, vanish.
⚠️ Do NOT do business with Prashray Rai or Kirti Rai / Kirti Malik.
⚠️ Avoid any poker projects, affiliate partnerships, or platforms associated with them.
