I am disabled person and recently the company Kirk A Cullimore Law Firm started a lawsuit against me. I was in court and this company wanted to get the whole debt from me. After some time I understood that I needed to pay back the whole sum and they would leave me alone then. However, the company continued to persecute me and demanded for more money. Maybe I should start a lawsuit against them, maybe someone can help me.
He sabatoged my credit causing me and my kids homelessness during the eviction ban. Why was I late with rent? Workforce services they were in control of my income at the time and because they were late sending benefit checks this worthless property manager filed an eviction I was 17 days late all this during the eviction ban then 2 days before we had to be out of the apt my kids and I (my twins were 17yrs old at the time) tested positive for covid with 103 temperatures he rejected money cuz I contacted him when I knew we had covid I begged him to let me pay whatever amount he wanted just so we could remain in the apt while sick with covid he caused me homelessness by adding this eviction to my credit 16 months before I got the judgement that's why I couldn't find a place he rejected my money offer knowing we had covid knowing we were gonna be homeless once we left the apt and the sob threw us out while we were sick with covid let's do this let's stand up to this corrupted spoiled brat nothing but a common crook in a suet.. I'm homeless to this day even they threw everything we owned in the dumpster all this brutality from Jr and his law firm cuz workforce services was simply running late due to all the benefit cases they had to process all at once. Subhuman scum. I am disabled and on SS, cullimore sued us for an old apartment bill. Started out as $k, then they magically ballooned it into almost $9600. I have had to skip several medical treatments because we could barely make it thru the hilidays. Then just now they started a new garnishment for $900 because of 'interest'. They made over 6k on this and ruined my life and don't care because their crime daddy is in the legislature now. It's disgusting.
NOT an Honorable Person or Law Firm. They know how to manipulate the law with stealth. No other Law firm in Utah has the chutzpah to go up against them. Even the Judges in the Courts are Blind!
