Kinkos review: Printing

Kinkos overcharges their customers by printing black and white documents as "color". If you use their online services or self-service kiosks they always have the most expensive paper and color printing set as a default. They hope that many people won't catch this and allow them to overcharge them.

I went into the store and had their team member print a 24x36 B&W drawing for me. They charged me as "color" to make 5 times or more than what it should have been. They have been running this scam of charging people color printing costs for B&W documents as long as I have been using this shady service.
