Failed to provide the contracted services. She does not show up to meetings instead sends her replacements who don't know much about weeding planning. She is currently under investivagation for contrac fraud...
Had a similar experience two years ago with Kimberly. She only post her brides good comments in her website but not the bad ones
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
She is the biggest waste of time and money. Some of her vendors were great but she was an awful wedding planner. She didn't follow through with her contract at all. She took a more expensive wedding the day before mine and decided she just didn't have time for us anymore. She refused to speak to my florist any earlier than 2 weeks before the wedding. If you don't use her vendors, then she won't work with them. It isn't worth it to her if she isn't getting a fee from the vendor. I think the biggest insult came along when we arrived at the honeymoon suite... her assistant decorated our room with flowers petals that had trash and cigarette butts in them.
I sincerely hope she is found guilty of contract fraud. I know she didn't follow through with my wedding and I've seen many reviews/ complaints of the same nature.
We just used Kim as our wedding planner and she ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! We did the full package and paid the full amount! What a waste of money and time! When we interviewed her she seemed extremely nice and friendly and on top of it, but turned out to be extremely rude, hard to reach and complained every moment we tried to get a better deal. Its funny because during her interview she mentioned a few bad reviews but neither my fiancee or I had seen them and now we do and wish we had. She was extremely rude and hard to deal with and made the wedding planning process even more difficult. I sincerely wish we had not hired her. There was another woman named Maria who seemed that she may have her act together- I wish we would have gone with her.
Although Kim does have great vendors- they are majorly overpriced and she clearly gets kick backs. Also, I am sure On our actual wedding day she offended all of our guests and threatened to storm out- over a few noisy people she was trying to get in line. My husband and I had to chase her out and calm her down and she went outside to chainsmoke. It was a huge embarassment. If you cant handle quieting a few groomsmen down, then why are you in this business? Regardless, I dont have the time or effort to go into the things Kim did that were offensive and distasteful but needless to say throughout the planning experience and by the end of our wedding night- she made the whole processs more difficult and offended more people that you can imagine. Anyway, be WARNED, DO NOT HIRE!
It's so sad to see that Kim is still up to her old tricks nearly 7 years later. We had an identical experience to the people who are commenting. Kim did not show up to meetings, and did not even bother to coordinate our wedding day! She called me at 10 am on the day of my wedding and said that she couldn't find a babysitter for her daughter... Really, you've known about this day for 12+ months! We successfully sued her for her entire fee plus penalties, and I encourage others to do whatever they need to in order to feel like they have their complaint settled.
