I order 11 pair of shoes and only received 10 I call and told them but they close my case without telling why if the store sent the shoe then FedEx still have my box let me know so I can contract FedEx like I never had this problem before this is unfair and ridiculous I have to do my own investigation I never asked for a refund I ask for my shoe it was my son Christmas present
