Kids Foot Locker review: customer service

I walked into the kids footlocker hoping to find a pair of shoe. Yet as I walked in I didn't not get any greeting. It was Friday morning and the store was empty expect for me and the assistant manager talking to what appeared to be his friend or girlfriend. He did not offer to help me and continued chatting. I decided to walk out the store and return later for the shoes. An hour passes by and the girl is still there. Then we notice that the girl leaves and comes back with food. This was really unacceptable considering that he is the assistant manager and there was no one else in the store to help me. I come here often and always notice how he is always on his phone but today was the last straw. I was able to see his name badge and his name is Andres, this happened Friday October 25th at around 10 am to around 12pm.
